Throughout each page, you’ll find testimonials sprinkled in from mentors I’ve worked for/with.

Where I started

I developed a foundation in business at the University of Arkansas where I studied Marketing and Behavioral Economics. I had the opportunity to work at the McMillon Innovation Studio on campus, this is where I learned design thinking, how to lead teams across disciplines, and brand management. During the pandemic, I worked as marketing strategy intern with an Austin, TX fashion designer while she was directing her efforts toward a luxury PPE startup.

Discovering my Purpose

As a passion project, I studied the works of Jeff Goodby and Rich Silverstein which led me to discover my passion for brand strategy.  I enjoy creating art in a corporate world as it seems natural to give life to ideas that deserve attention.

My Experience

My craft is versatile. I have experience in marketing collateral creation, sales methodology development, informational design, qualitative data analysis, storytelling, branding, and user-centered strategy.

I bring energy and well-constructed insights to collaborative teams.  I have a strong sense of self and I am consistently inspired by those that I work with.

"Not only is Carter talented, she is also a natural born leader able to motivate others with proficiency yet humility as part of being a well-rounded business professional. She was much admired, cherished and respected by everyone on the team. There’s something special about Carter that I haven’t seen in many others throughout my thirty-year business career"
